    Miami Heat = Epic Fail

I would love for the dynamic trio of Wade/Bosh/James to fall flat on their face this year. I posted in another thread that I feel they will not be as dominant as most people think. So far thru the 1st half of the Boston game they have no chemistry so far. It takes multiple games to grow that chemistry so maybe they get it a couple of months into the season but other than the big trio they stink.

Hardly say they stink by any means. Tonight hasn't had much to do with chemistry as it is shooting, Miami can't buy a basket tonight, but they can be down by double digits going into the 4th and it mean nothing with the scoring ability they have. Really no worries about them being any kind of fail during the regular season this year.

I agree with the fail... I don't think it will be "epic"... but no matter how much they say they "just wanna play together", those 3 superstars together, it will be a self destruction... Lebron will want to make that his team, and that's the house the Wade built.

There won't be any rift within the team, none of them are like that and nothing has led me to believe that anything like that will happen. There will be kinks to work out, they'll probably be dropping games like an average team early on and even to the all-star break, of course some including the media will jump all over this...but there's little to no chance this will be some kind of fail, they'll show growing pains like any other team who has been completely changed like this.

Okay Epic Fail is a little harsh, BUT, if this team doesn't win 65-70 games it's a fail IMO.

    Agreed.

An to R13, it doesn't matter what you've seen right now. You just can't put that many superstars on 1 team, and not have 1 want to take over and just be in the limelight.
It'll happen. 1 will go in a slump, 2 will feel they need to pick the team up, then which becomes the team leader and one starts taking more shots, and more glory. It'll play out. Just give it time.

I dont agree. Wade has played with Shaq before, Bosh I believe is a true team player and will fit in anything. LeBron has also proved that in clutch time, he will get it to the open shooter. When he was still in CLE, he would often pass the ball on the last shot to an open shooter, and the media would flame him for it.

I really believe that they will eventually mesh and fit into specific roles and become an elite team. I think when Bosh and Bron signed on to play in Miami, they knew they would have to fit into roles and be a team.

Re: Miami Heat = Epic Fail

Miami is 8-6 after the first 14 games what does everyone think so far...... my epic fail statement may not be too far fetched. I figured they would struggle a few games but never imagined it getting this bad.

Re: Miami Heat = Epic Fail

Still not close to being a fail, like I said, it won't be until probably after the all-star break until they are clicking consistently(well they should be anyway). They lost Haslem and Wade hurt his wrist, which showed big time last night with his 1-13 shooting - though that's games they should be winning.
